Who We Are

We are the rightful connect of lawyers to those who can’t afford private lawyers.

Pro Bono Legal Community Organisation

Is a non-profit organisation established to provide legal assistance to the poor and vulnerable community at no costs or low rates for ensuring that there is access to justice for everyone.

We are an independent and impartial legal community organisation which seeks to use the law to pursue civil justice, democracy and the realization of socio-economic rights. We are aimed at assisting vulnerable and marginalised communities,  victims of unlawful infringements of their constitutional rights., including poor, homeless and landless people and members of communities who suffer discrimination by reason of race, class, gender, disability or by reason of social, economic, and historical circumstances.

The organisation has a process in place of ensuring that people who apply or request legal assistance are indeed in need of our assistance the most.

The organisation will ask each and every person who wants assistance to complete a form so we can understand the financial means of that particular person and this would enable us to determine if the person duly qualifies for receiving assistance at no costs or at a low rate based on the income and assets test.

Our Mission is to bring accessibility to members of the public and to ensure that there is access to justice for everyone without fear of affordability. We aim to serve our members, and to protect the public interest.
